Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms and conditions before making an appointment either online or over the phone with Auto Focus, LLC. Once an appointment has been scheduled, the customer is bound under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other valuable items from their vehicle prior to leaving the vehicle with Auto Focus, LLC for detailing services.

  • Auto Focus, LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced and any personal items of value left inside the vehicle.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

  • Auto Focus, LLC does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to assure all electronic devices and components have been switched off.

  • Scheduled detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and unforeseen circumstances may require scheduling adjustments.

  • Every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause conflicts that require scheduling changes. These changes are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.

  • We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking.

  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking as required to adjust for staffing levels, inclement weather conditions, and/or machinery or equipment failure.

  • All vehicles are detailed at the customers own risk

  • Service requests are not guaranteed at time of booking and may be cancelled at anytime at the sole discretion of Auto Focus, LLC. Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to refuse or deny service demands outside of those specified within the booked detail service or package.

  • Auto Focus, LLC will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors take place.

Pre-Authorization

  • Upon booking an appointment for our services, a pre-authorization charge of 10% of the total service cost will be placed on your payment method. This pre-authorization is not a charge but a temporary hold to verify your card information and secure your booking. The pre-authorization charge will be applied to your total upon service completion, or immediately released upon approved cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy. The release of the hold may take several business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or proportion thereof) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the initial service booking.

  • A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive urine, vomit, blood, feces, mold, bacteria, or other hazardous materials.

  • The prices listed are based on service type, model of car or boat, and condition of the vehicle at the time of service and will be advertised as a "STARTING AT" price.

  • Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle or boat, and the desired level of service requested.

  • Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to amend any price during the detail service should it differ from the original estimate or condition disclosed during booking.

  • Prices online do not include any local and/or state taxes that apply to the services rendered. Taxes will be applied to the final price in accordance with state and local tax code.

Communications
​
  • Auto Focus, LLC will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, update you on promotional events, and to conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Auto Focus, LLC is not responsible for any of these potential costs.

  • Auto Focus, LLC may call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In the event of a canceled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for canceling.

  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

Our Service Terms & Conditions

  • We may ask you where you heard about Auto Focus, LLC in order to gauge our marketing strategies

  • We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys

  • We must have permission to hold a debit or credit card to secure a regular booking

  • We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount of the scheduled service should the vehicles(s) not be available and the booking not be cancelled in accordance to our cancellation policy

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • We require a 24 hour notice from the day of your scheduled service date to cancel any booking/detailing package. All appointments must be cancelled online or by phone.

  • Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the total service cost of the original booking.

  • Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 25% of the total service cost of the original booking.

  • Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to take full payment if a booking is cancelled on the day of the original booking without prior agreement and without a formal cancellation request. 

  • Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time and/or date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.

  • Auto Focus, LLC reserves the right to alter a booking or reschedule a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty.

  • Failure to be present at the time of the ordered service will result in the full value of the scheled service being charged.

Service Guarantee

​

  • If there is probable and clear cause that the detailing technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will, at no additional cost, refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Auto Focus, LLC voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs have been made.

  • Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds to 20% of the original value of your scheduled service.

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.

  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by Auto Focus, LLC may invalidate the service guarantee.

  • Only services included in your order and additional services authorized by Auto Focus, LLC are covered under our service guarantee.

  • Auto Focus, LLC may take photographs and/or videos to document the before and after condition of your vehicle, including the license plate. These may be shared online and/or used for marketing.

  • Payment is due at the completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates our service guarantee and any redo services or discounts are at the sole discretion of Auto Focus, LLC.

  • Filing a credit card dispute/chargeback for billed services invalidates our service guarantee and no refunds or redo appointments will be authorized
